Double Anniversary: 20 Years of the Certificates Award Austria and 20 Best Issuer Awards for Raiffeisen Certificates

The Raiffeisen Certificates team triumphs once again, securing the overall Best Issuer award for the 20th time.

  • 20 years in a row at the very top: clear No. 1 among fourteen Austrian and international certificate issuers
  • Recognised by customers: winner of the public vote for information & service
  • Praised by experts: top jury ratings for a value-adding product range and strong product performance

The Raiffeisen Certificates team emerged as the clear winner of the Certificates Award Austria 2026, taking first place in the overall ranking determined by the 21-member expert jury at the event organized by Zertifikate Forum Austria and ZertifikateJournal.

“Achievements like this are only possible thanks to a highly committed team that consistently puts investors’ needs first and combines that with strong capital markets expertise. With this commitment, we aim to continue setting standards in the years ahead,” says Heike Arbter, Head of Division Certificates, Retail Bonds & Equity Trading at Raiffeisen Bank International.

“20 Years of Growth and Innovation with Certificates: What Will the Future Bring?” – Insights and Outlook at the Certificates Congress

The market for structured products is booming in Europe, with a total volume of around 500 billion euros. Adjusted for population, Austria is the second largest certificates market in Europe after Switzerland, with a volume of 18 billion euros. At the Certificates Congress, which traditionally precedes the award ceremony, leading capital market experts discussed current trends and future potential.

Monika Rosen, Vice President of the Austrian-American Society and renowned US equities expert, highlighted recent developments in the USA: “War in the Middle East, rising oil prices, and unsettled consumers – none of this is really reflected in the stock markets,” Rosen summarizes the situation. The robust US economy and ongoing earnings growth, especially among large tech companies, are expected to continue supporting the US stock market.

Following this, German economist, podcaster, and SPIEGEL bestselling author Daniel Stelter presented a concise analysis to around 150 guests on how Europe can economically, financially, and in terms of security policy, hold its own amid the geopolitical tensions between the USA and China.
