How the certificate works

With this certificate, you have an annual yield opportunity of 8.5% as well as the option of early redemption. If the Allianz share is at or above the starting value on one of the annual valuation dates, (early) redemption is made at 100% including interest of 8.5% per year of term. If the share quotes at or below the barrier at the end of term, shares are delivered; the value of the shares delivered will be significantly lower than the nominal value of the certificate.

This certificates complies to Raiffeisen Certificates' sustainability standard and takes into account important Principal Adverse Impacts on sustainability factors (PAIs).

The share of Allianz SE serves as underlying for the certificate. Allianz is a leading German financial services company offering a comprehensive range of products, services and solutions in the areas of insurance and asset management.

• You can buy and sell the certificate during trading hours at the current price.
• The price of the certificate is subject to various influencing factors, including the performance of the underlying assets, their fluctuation range, correlation and dividend expectations as well as the interest rate level. This price may fall below the issue price and fluctuate sharply, especially if the underlying is close to the barrier.
• If the barrier is violated, investors are exposed to currency risk.
