Safety net and reinvestment
Each Certificate Savings Plan has investment phases. At the end of each investment phase, your capital is reinvested into the certificate. During each cycle, the following applies: As long as the index remains above the barrier (between 60% and 55% of the starting value), a positive return is achieved. In the event of a barrier breach, investors are fully exposed to market risk, meaning that a loss of the accumulated capital may occur in this case.

The Europa Unlimited Bonus Certificate enables long-term asset accumulation through monthly savings in a reinvested bonus certificate. The following applies during each cycle: If the EURO STOXX 50® index always quotes above the barrier of 60% of the starting value, a positive return is achieved. If, during the term, the underlying always quotes above the barrier, at least the bonus amount is paid out at the maturity date. The payout is unlimited i.e. investors participate without a cap in price gains of the underlying.
In case, during the term, the barrier is touched or undercut, the bonus mechanism is suspended. At the maturity date the certificate is redeemed analogue to the performance of the underlying.
For this certificate a fee of 0,50 p.a. is deducted pro rata on a daily basis.

What should you keep in mind before buying?
- The issuer fee is 0.5% p.a. and is continuously included in the price of the Bonus Certificate.
- In the event of a barrier breach, investors are exposed one-to-one to the market risk. This means that in this case, the loss of a significant portion of the invested capital.
- The price of the certificate is subject of various influencing factors – including the performance of the underlying asset, its volatility, dividend expectations, as well as the interest rate level. This price may fall below the purchase price and, especially when the underlying asset is near the barrier, fluctuate sharply.
Issuer risk/creditor participation: There is a risk that Raiffeisen Bank International AG will not be able to meet its payment obligations due to insolvency (issuer risk) or possible official orders ("bail-in"). In such cases, the invested capital may be lost in full.
