Michael Spiss appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of CEE Stock Exchange and Vienna Stock Exchange

Vienna, 15 June 2012 - On the occasion of the General Meeting of the CEE Stock Exchange Group AG, Michael Spiss was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of the CEE Stock Exchange Group AG, the holding company of the exchanges in Budapest, Ljubljana, Prague and Vienna. Hence, Michael Spiss becomes as well Member of the Supervisory Board of the Vienna Stock Exchange, succeeding in both functions to Patrick Butler, former Raiffeisen Bank International AG Executive Board Member.

Michael Spiss considers both Supervisory Board functions "a great responsibility", he is " very happy to assume".

During the past 10 years, Michael Spiss, an established and renowned security specialist, has turned Raiffeisen Centrobank into the largest issuer of structured products in Austria and into one of the major issuers of certificates in Central and Eastern Europe.
