World Shares Winner – available on secondary market

100% participation in the positive average performance of the underlying share basket with 100% capital guarantee at the maturity date (February 2021).

The World Shares Winner Guarantee Certificate is based on a shares basket, which is comprised of the following 10 companies: AT&T, Allianz, China Mobile, Münchener Rückversicherung, Nestle, Philipp Morris International, Procter & Gamble, Royal Dutch Shell, Toyota and Telefonica.

Investors participate 1:1 in the positive average performance of the underlying share basket (annual valuation, starting in February 2015). At the end of the term (February 2021) investors are additionally protected through the 100% capital guarantee in case of price declines.

At the final valuation date one of the following two scenarios will occur:

  • SCENARIO 1 – average performance is positive: 1:1 participation + 100% nominal value
The positive average performance is paid out at a participation factor of 100%, in addition to the nominal value of EUR 1,000. The redemption amount is unlimited.
  • SCENARIO 2 – average performance is unchanged or negative: 100% nominal value
In case that the share basket does not record a positive average performance, the capital guarantee applies and the certificate is redeemed at 100% of the nominal value – this is equivalent to EUR 1,000.

The World Shares Winner qualifies for investors, who expect the selected shares to post a positive performance and who wish, at the same time, to be protected in case of price declines.
