6% annual fixed interest rate and barrier being set at 59% of three renown indizes with a term of 2 years

The 6% European Industries Bonus 2 certificate connects two fixed annual interest payments of 6% with a partial safety mechanism for the invested capital (initial distance to the barrier of 41%). The interest amount is paid out annually, regardless of the performance of the three underlying indices. The certificate has a term of two years.

Three European indices serve as underlyings for the Bonus Certificate:

  • The EURO STOXX® Banks Price Index comprises 21 leading financial institutions from 8 countries in the euro zone and thus represents a benchmark for the European banking sector.
  • The 57 companies included in the STOXX® Europe 600 Health Care EUR Price Index are leading providers in the health care technology and pharmaceuticals.
  • The STOXX® Europe 600 Basic Resources Index tracks the performance of 19 European companies with a focus on the extraction and processing of basic resources (raw materials, mining, etc.).

Payout profile:

The certificate is redeemed at 100% of the nominal value at the maturity date (October 2023), provided that the price of each of the three underlying indices always quotes above the respective barrier of 59% of the starting valueduring the observation period (continuous observation).

If the price of ONE or MORE of the underlying indices is at least once at or below the respective barrier of 59%, redemption at the maturity date is effected according to the index which performs worst (percentage change from the starting value to the closing price at the final valuation date). - "worst of". Even if the barrier is touched or undercut, the maximum payout amount remains limited to EUR 1,000 per nominal amount and investors do not participate in price increases of the indices above the respective starting value.
