ATX®/EURO STOXX 50® Bonus&Safety – available on secondary market

Opportunity to obtain 30% bonus yield with a low barrier being set at 48%

For investors who expect the economies in Austria and the Eurozone to perform stably in the forthcoming five years, and who deem price slumps on the stock markets particularly unlikely to occur, the ATX®/EURO STOXX 50® Bonus&Safety Certificate represents a suitable investment product without capital protection, but with a substantial risk buffer.

The barrier is set at 48% of the starting value of the two indices – therefore, at the issue date the comfortable risk buffer (distance to the barrier) amounts to 52%.

At the maturity date (June 2019) the certificate will be redeemed at the bonus amount of EUR 1,300 per EUR 1,000 nominal value, provided that the index price of the ATX® AND the EURO STOXX 50® always quote above 48% of the respective index’ starting value (= closing price on Jun 06, 2014) during the observation period (continuous observation). In case the barrier of the Bonus Certificate is violated by at least one of the underlying indices, the certificate is redeemed at the maturity date analogue to the performance of the worst performing underlying (percentage performance from the starting value to the closing price at the final valuation date) – “worst of“. Even if the barrier is touched or undercut investors do not participate in price gains above the bonus level.
